Just go back to 1992 when there were still 12 rounds. Or go back to 1976 with 17 rounds, and adopt MLB draft eligibility rules of HS grads or 3rd year after HS. Then maybe we won't have such a huge drop off from injuries around the league.

They already do. It's called the NCAA
