He probably hopes to stay with the Patriots, maybe get a High pick 1st round QB and hope to Win it all that way without Brady.

He may be motivated to keep Coaching just because of the but he "did it with Brady" thing.

I'd certainly want to get close to one without Brady. Especially given Brady won one a the year he left, so any questions if Bill made him were put to rest.
