Any Ideas for a BOLD move that could set the Bengals up for Greater Success ?
I don't know about bold, but I'd do the following:

1. Let Reader and obviously Higgins go.

2. Fire Frank Pollack and bring in a proven OL coach. Overhaul the run game with this coach.

3. Cut Joe Mixon. He's just not good. I watched the Lions game and their RB was always making dudes miss and it made me realize just how little Mixon has been bringing to the table.

We can do better with a draft pick. Almost any RB can average 3.8 ypc these days.

4. Listen to offers for Browning, but unless we get a 2nd or higher, I wouldn't budge. We could use a good pick, but we could also use a good backup behind Joe. We might be able to sign someone decent if we get a 2nd, though.

5. Look at trading up a few slots if Bowers gets close to our pick.

Other than that, look at a middling FA WR, a Reader replacement and secondary guys.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
