So how do we think they should approach the offseason?

We can't even even fix the Oline problem.... Firing Pollack made so much sense, as the first step to approaching the offseason.

We all know the deal though with how the Brown family operates. Use whatever word or phrase you want: complacency, conservative decision-making, second/third/fourth+ chance type of people, liking consistency and routine, or seeing strength with longevity by keeping coaches. Ownership isn't quick to make changes.

I'm a fan of Taylor as the coach, but I think all leadership has to adapt. If Pollack remains then hopefully something else changes to improve how the team operates on Sundays.
