I would tell you that if you have not watched any tape on Tanner McLachlan from Arizona then watch some. This guy is just a gritty effort player that leaves it all on the field and what he lacks in pure athletic ability he seems to make up for with will, heart, and determination.
McCallan Castles is another sleeper TE IMO.
