I think basically everyone would think Byard would/could give this secondary an immediate boost.

A guy like Byard, even on a one year deal could do wonders in assisting our young secondary to talk to one another in games.  And, it might be an easy transition from a major media market team to come to a small market team with legit Superbowl aspirations.
