I remember not that long ago when there was an effort to try to redefine racism to require institutional power to be a requirement to be racist and if you didn't have it, it was impossible to be racist regardless of what you said or did. Up there with trying to use the term "reverse racism" as if that's not just plain 'ol racism. Lol
