That was the only part of the bill that i liked, but didn't seem like a good trade off to me.

But if you are for legal immigration you should WANT more people to process the people trying to get it in.  And WANT the process of citizenship to be sped up.

That would help immensely with the "illegals" who are simply illegal because they have been here waiting so long.

I don't want it changed? It's worded for USC's, not immigrants, but you know, twist twist. The only thing i want changed is Jus Soli (born on US Soil) to Jus Sanguinis (1 Parent has to be USC) in order for an infant to become a USC.

The main problem is they don't always follow thru, then ofc the R undoes what the D did and vice versa so it's always shifting with the wind. And votes is usually the biggest reason they do that.
