With touch potentially being more valuable kicking off, I think he has a shot at taking over the kick off duties.

What will Simmons strategy be?

Is the NFL allowing punts on kickoffs this year?  Did Robbins kick off in high school?  He didnt in college, so that would mean at least 7-8 years since he last kicked off, assuming he did in high school.
