Is not "understanding" what's happening to the Palestinians on the same level as active and overt racial bigotry? I guess according to Biden the answer is, yes. So it appears a "both sides do it" accusation is being made and it appears to be rather skewed by the severity of the sins of the two sides being "condemned."
Also, Trump wasn't defending Nazis when he made that statement, but you knew that and lied about it anyways.
