I'm told "lawfare" is a right-wing talking point, but I don't know what else to call this. The only person saying Trump committed a crime is Cohen. One person that could corroborate his story is CFO Weiselberg - why didn't the DA call him?
Frankly, the case should probably be dismissed. Which more than a few leftwing commentators said from the start this was an incredibly weak case that shouldn't have been brought. I think it might be even weaker than the effort to remove Trump from ballots.
Just don't call it lawfare or people might think you're a mouth-breathing MAGA sycophant.
It's going to be fun to watch almost everyone on this board completely flip their views and opinions when Trump does the same in revenge.
