If he whined? We can't tell because he wouldn't have done it through the social media back then which was newspapers and tv. Wait.... He was denying for sometime and saying it was false. I believe his exact words were, "I did not sleep with that woman." Sounds like whining to me.
I’m not defending Clinton’s behavior. But he didn’t talk about the subject incessantly screaming about how unfair it all was like Trump has. Trump gave up trying to get his agenda through Congress because it was hard. He couldn’t bully Nancy Pelosi.
Executive Orders are band aids not long term solutions.
He had 4 years as President and has had 4 more years to plan. So exactly what are his LEGISLATIVE plans if re-elected? He talks a lot, makes promises that somehow he will solve long term complex issues within 2 weeks. But, he has no plans.
