It is not the intake of cash, it is like a business, to get cash on hand they need to have all expenses that occurred in that month.

So, prior month cash on hand + new month cash donations - any expenses = new cash on hand. Rinses and repeat each month with last month reported is September, 2024 on October 20, 2024.
