But I hear the the guy who attempted to overturn a valid election in 2020 will punish the CIA and FBI if he gets into office. 

Seems your question is turned around. If they haven't indicted kushner by now, is it for sure that they 

"go after anyone named Trump, which includes his son in law"?  Course, they do have their hands full with father in law.
