I have said the same thing in the past. How the refs can impact a game by throwing a penalty at just the right or wrong time. Depending on the team you are for.
If the Bengals hold onto win the game we would have heard so many things from Steelers fans about how the refs screwed them.
They would have said something like "Green wasn't interfered with! How can you call PI and change the outcome of the game!"
If Burfict doesn't get flagged, they would have complained about the refs not calling an obviously dirty hit, while we would have just nonchalantly say "It was incidental". Had Porter been penalized and the fans would have said, "how can you call that penalty at that time, knocking us out of FG range, this game is fixed"
