I'm the same way, though I've never really listened/watched it. I may read it, to see what the current POTUS has their priorities set for the next year, but that's it.

I *do* try to watch the first one when we have new POTUS. I also try to listen while doing other things...but I completely missed the one last night.
I watched some of it because it came on after what I was watching and I wasn't paying much attention and then, bam, there's Obama.
