I've heard that one, too. If that's the case then the refs need to blow it dead as soon as someone like Roethlisberger is wrapped up because the only way he's going down is if you lift him and spike him (a penalty) or use your weight (also a penalty).
Of course, that'd mean that all those play extentions that Ben is known for go out the window.
