There's no doubt having Brady makes a huge difference. But it's more than just that !

Bill finds ways to make the rookie, no name, undrafted, short, slow, receivers work by figuring out what they can do well and incorporating that into a game plan. Bill sees what he's got then plan's accordingly.

Marvin and company make a plan then try and mold their players to it !
