No. That is not clear at all. You just don't get it.
The fact that extreme racists agree with you about dark skinned people from certain countries being savages does not mean that you agree with everything they say does it? You have always denied you are a racists despite the fact that racists agree with you.
So don't try to use that same trick here. Claiming that is a benefit for people to not have children they can not afford is not the same as wanting to eliminate all people of a certain race from having children.
