What a joke ....  The fact They actually think this is necessary is reason enough to close borders and ship these people out.

17 percent of women in Florida report being raped.

You sound silly calling others "savages" when you live among them yourself and do nothing about it.  Why are you n ot telling the savages in Florida that they are not allowed to rape?
