Quick question and I only ask this because I don't know and want the answer.
Is it or is it not true that in countries that are under Islamic rule, if a woman is raped they need a witness to the crime to be able to bring charges? I thought I had read somewhere that if a Muslim woman was raped by a Muslim man in a Muslim country, that woman would have to have at least two woman or one man testify that they witnessed the crime.
