No. Islam allows for slavery of non-Muslims (according to most scholars) but not all non-Muslims are considered slaves. In fact, other members of the Abrahamic faiths are to be treated the same as Muslims unless they show themselves to be enemies of Islam. What has happened is that through Wahhabist thought the colonialism that the West engaged in has placed us in the status of enemy of Islam for those extremists following the Arab school on the matter and so they use that to justify their actions.
