FA:
Morris Claiborne, CB DAL - A decent cover corner who many have labeled a bust to date due to his high draft pick. However, Mike Brown loves his former first-round draft pick reclamation projects and Claiborne wouldn't be expected to start. Solid FA acquisition that shouldn't cost a lot of money.
Brian Quick, WR STL - If Marvin Jones leaves in FA, I think Quick could be a quality WR2. Quick has had issues staying healthy, but when he has been healthy, he's put in some decent games. In this offense, I think he could be a quality contributor. WTS, I think Quick will be less productive than Jones. Therefore, there will be a need for Sanu and Boyd to step up.
Tyvon Branch, SS KC - Branch would be good insurance at a good value to bolster our safety group if Nelson is not re-signed.

1) Kenny Clark, DT UCLA (6'3", 310 lb) - While I don't think the Bengals would select a 4-3 NT in the first round, I think Clark would be a good selection. Clark is an excellent run stuffer and can take on double teams very well. While he isn't a stellar pass rusher, he does have decent pass rush ability and would still be an upgrade over any previous NT the Bengals have had there. Clark could be a 3-down defender, but the Bengals probably won't need him in on third-and-long situations anyway with Hardison and likely DeShawn Williams on the roster.

2) Tyler Boyd, WR/RS Pittsburgh (6'2", 200 lb)- Boyd was considered a first rounder toward the start of the 2015 season, but his production hasn't been outstanding and he seems to be forgotten. However, Boyd has the skill set to be a very good outside WR. As a bonus, Boyd is also a very good return specialist.

3) Bronson Kaufusi, DE BYU (6'7", 281 lb)- Kaufusi is sneakily climbing up draft boards as more take notice of his size, length, speed, and production. Kaufusi notched 11 sacks, 64 tackles, 3 FFs, 1 INT, and 1 fumble recovery this past year. He would be good insurance behind Dunlap and MJ90.

4) Nick Vigil, LB Utah St (6'2", 230 lb)- I was thinking of putting LB higher, but the Bengals already have Burfict as a guaranteed starter, Dawson in the wings, and don't play 3 LBs very often. What the Bengals do lack is athleticism and coverage ability from the LB position, and they get that with Vigil. Vigil possesses very strong instincts and vision. He also has consistently progressed in run support, which should just continue as he adds muscle.

5) Graham Glasgow, C/OG Michigan (6'6", 306 lb)- Glasgow is a versatile interior OL that fits best at center. He's been a steady, well-rounded blocker for Michigan and could emerge as a quality starter within a few years. To start, he'd be good depth to back up Bodine, Boling, and Zeitler.

6) Frankie Williams, CB/PR Purdue (5'9", 190 lb)- Williams is a short but very fluid ball hawk. He is ideally suited for the slot to cover smaller, shifty receivers. Williams is also a great PR. He would be a good addition to compete for the final DB spot.

7) Tyler Johnstone, OT Oregon (6'6", 295 lb)- The team likely will need another OT if Winston isn't re-signed. They take a chance on Johnstone, who falls due to health concerns with his knee. Johnstone has size, length, and is very athletic. He needs to work on footwork and technique, but those are coachable. As the fourth OT, he wouldn't be used much so there's less worry about wear and tear on the knees.
