Colorado SC strikes a blow to medical marijuana

Seems to me a need exists to determine use.  As it stands, weed can be detected for some time after use. If a test could determine exact or approximate use, then this should ( but it won't ) be a non issue. It's a shame harder drugs exist the body in mere days allowing for weekend binges and the like, while weed stays in your system for 30 days potentially costing an employee his/her job if they smoked once 3 weeks prior to testing. Backassward.

The test already exists for "active" THC as opposed to the akloids that THC breaks down into and remain in the system for weeks.

the only problem is that there is not a established level for THC that proves impairment.  With alcohol they have set the level at .08 percetn blood alcohol, bnut they don't have an agreed on level for THC.
