Will we see a Brokered convention?

Prior to 2012, there were already rules in place that said you had to vote how your state went during the first round of voting, but after that, you could vote for whoever. So there were RP supporters acting as Romney delegates, hoping for a brokered convention so that they could vote RP during the 2nd round. There were states where Paul barely made a dent but a majority of the delegates were his supporters. Of course, that never happened.

As far as any new rules enacted in 2012, I think some states began to look at their delegate selecting processing are are trying to select them based on the actual results.
