Well if the dictator thinks he is doing what is best, say eliminating an entire part of the population, because he thinks they should never have been born so he is doing them the FAVOR of eliminating their suffering, is that really "not pure evil"?

I agree that too often most refuse to look at the gray and go straight black and white.

That doesn't mean there is not black and white.
