Hitler's policies only worked as long as Germany was in a constant state of war. He needed to remove peoples rights. War allowed that. He needed to seize individual property in the name of public good. War allowed that. He needed to lessen political opposition, so he did away with worker unions and seized their holdings. War allowed that.

As I have already said, I abhor Socialism and that is what Hitler was, a socialist.
As to prohibiting rights for Jews.
I always found it rather odd how a non native group of people demand rights from the native group. Now if you consider Jew as a religion and not a race, then sure, that would make sense, because then anyone could become Jewish as long as they convert.
You must also consider Jew as a race of people. So if they are a race of people, then for them to go into Italy and demand rights from the Italian people to me is odd. That would be like for me to go into your house and then demand that you allow me to do everything that you do in your house.
