Dalton Cleared To Throw Again

Kind of old news out of Dallas (it was originally reported by the Ft. Worth Star Telegram, BTW).

But Andy also told me back on Feb. 11 he could throw. Marvin Lewis told us at the combine there was not a single issue medically and he was progressing like normal through the offseason.
