Duo, sure. This list is for total depth. Burkhead has potential but not the numbers some others have. Peerman has shown some flashes in a very limited basis and Wilder is completely unknown.
That's the only thing keeping the group from a higher ranking, compared to others that have proven players at #3 and later.
