Ravens made moves but I don't think they will work out long term.
Bengals and Steelers get C+ for staying pretty much stagnant.
Browns failed miserably.

I totally disagree, making moves and letting go players because you made moves does not mean you are better.  sometimes no move is the best move... The Bengals signed i would say the top 3/4 percent of the players most important.. Marvin was a loss but you can't keep them all.
