I think Hue Jackson will do wonders for the Browns. Give him 2 years and he will have the team in contention at least.

I don't know the details, but the Browns might have to start handing out some absurd contracts to reach the cap floor.  Again, I don't know the details, but it wouldn't surprise me the way any guy worth his salt is going to refuse to play there unless he's paid time and a half.
