How about every time he is asked? Is it really too much of a burden for him to tell the truth when he is asked a question instead of just blatantly lying?
What possible motive did he have to lie instead of just telling the truth? What if your child said he told a lie just because it was just too much trouble to tell the truth? Would you not have a problem with that?
