Basically, Marvin (who is on the competition committee that proposed this) said they came up with it for that specific reason - no more returns when the guy is 8-9 yards deep. They want that decision taken away from them. So, I would think if he feels that way for all 32 teams, he would feel that way about his (except if Adam is back there).
