Also, this is still not a  transgender person committing a crime...it is a sex offender.  who would have committed the crime anyway.  And had in the past.
The point was a person could pretend to be transgender.

And you are the one out of touch with reality if you do not understand Gender Indentification Disorder.  You are running your mouth again without having a clue what you are talking about.
I wish Fred was the lawyer that was defending the cemetery in my case because he's horrible at arguing things (actually, so was their lawyer, but the jury ruled against us for something that he didn't even argue).

The handicapped parking is completely different because who are they endangering by parking in a handicapped spot?  They're dicks, but they're not hurting anyone, and that's a huge difference.

Also, being physically disabled is visual and can't really be faked, and even someone who tried to fake a limp or something could easily be identified as a fraud, just as people who aren't the same sex as the bathroom they're using can be identified as a fraud, so you're arguing against yourself.

You're the one out of touch with reality, but it's typical of you.

1- The guy — as Dino already pointed out — isn't transgender, he's a sex offender. If the arrests are true (raping a child and a 27 year old woman), the guy is a sexual deviant and should not have been out of jail after 4 years. Or, in the case of raping a child, ever. Soooo... that's got nothing to do with arguing about transgender folks.

2- Who wears a bathing suit to bed?

3- A sign on a door doesn't stop a sexual offender. One of the local hospitals here has a problem with a guy who sneaks in and hides in the women's restroom, then peaks under the stalls. Or he hides in the ceiling. There's been numerous complaints. Security tries to keep an eye out for him. But the guy still manages to sneak in every few weeks and catch a glimpse of a nurse dropping a log.

Why? Because he's a sex offender, and a small plastic sign indicating he's of the wrong gender doesn't prohibit him from entering.

Transgender rights have nothing do to with sex offenders. That's like trying to equate laws for those in wheelchairs to driving codes because both have wheels.
1  So, a person with no offenses or behavior that made him a sex offender couldn't use the bathroom as a first time to commit his crimes?

2  And tights?  Would be one thing if she just came back from the pool and just decided to crash, but tights, too?  What kind of kinky stuff is she into?

3  It stops him from just walking into a women's restroom in the middle of a gym or restaurant or anything like that.

The point is that sex offenders can use the transgender bathroom deals as a way to commit crimes.

Also, what about gyms?  The gym I go to, the only bathrooms on the bottom floor are locker rooms with showers, so a person could walk into the locker room and pretend like they need to use the bathroom just to look at people naked?

Well, maybe next time!

Completely separate issues with no relation.
