Maybe they should, maybe they shouldn't. I do know that a lot of non-Hispanic speaking Americans couldn't handle the heat in the kitchen. Of course that's not to say there aren't any, but I'd say it's a safe estimate that roughly half of the kitchen staff in America is Latino
