Ohio legalized medical marijuana

This is confusing me.

You mean that, as of September 9th, I'll be able to buy it in a state if I get a doctor's note from a doctor in that state?  But Ohio won't qualify for that, or will it after September 9th?

Those are actually best for me because my lungs are so weak from when I hit a tree and one collapsed (then collapsed again while I was in a coma) and the other one was just damafgfed to hell and back (they both were).
