Is the AFCN going to be weak in 2016?

I couldn't care less what the end of the year records will be, the AFCN teams beat the hell out of each other 6 games a year. I'm sure all the players circle those games on their calendar. Whether it's an up year or down year, the AFCN teams get up for games against each other.

At the end of the year, people may say the division was a little weak based off of the teams records, but this division is never weak.
