I don't think that has anything to do with this. I can't read a cops mind, but to be jumpy there you'd think "no, that's fake" if you didn't know better.
It's very sad and pathetic (fortunately the LEO was no sharp shooter!). I'm wondering if it wasn't an accidental discharge (which begs the question why your finger is on a hair trigger with the guy on the ground with his hands up).
Seems like a really good guy. Going to be well compensated.
