Well yeah if you want to take it out of context and bend over backwards, I guess I could see how saying "“Our brave snipers just waiting for some “n---- to try something" could come across as being racist.  In this day and age, you are best off not talking about snipers shooting n-----. just in case some crazy people get the idea that you may be a racist.
