Obama's Response to Louisana Flooding compared with Bush and Katrina

This article came across my newsfeed on Facebook and I thought it interesting.

I'm sure that some of you will take issues with the author's take on Bush and what he did, but what I'd like to focus on is how silent the media is on the flooding as a whole. If it wasn't for Facebook, I honestly would have completely forgotten there was major flooding in Louisiana. Combine that with the fact that the same media who harped on Bush's response to Katrina (and there were definitely some foul-ups on his part there), are completely silent in both reporting on the flooding AND in holding Obama to the same standard as they held Bush to. I will say that considering that the flooding in Louisiana is currently due to heavy rain and not a hurricane, that alleviates SOME of the pressure that should be on Obama, but still ...
