It was a simple case of mistaken identity, the Police said as much, even admitted that he was totally in the clear for lunging at and attacking them from being startled. The dispatcher made the real mistake here.
They should have taken the settlement.....you always take the money and run. State or corporate funded adversaries in the courtroom almost always crush you. Lesson learned.
