Yeah. Technically if you believe that Jesus is the Son of God, you also believe that he died as a sacrifice for your (and everyone's') sins and, therefore, you acknowledge that a) there is such a thing as sin, and b) that you have sinned.

As far as the Catholic thing, I guess that would depend on whether or not you were Catholic.
