Bill Clinton is just a popular target.  He has lots of money and political enemies.

At what point in his life would you say he was "wealthy" and had many "political enemies?"

1972 Yale University student, incident filed, no charges, campus police confirmed there was an incident.
1974 University of Arkansas student(s) reported that Clinton groped her, he claimed she was coming on to him (other female students have also said the same thing) while Clinton was a Law School Instructor there.
1978 Juanita Broaddrick accused him of rape, while he was a AG for Arkansas.
1978-80 Assigned Troopers to protect Governor Clinton were aware of at least 7 incidents where the women were raped or assaulted.
1979 Carolyn Moffet escorted by Troopers to Clinton's hotel room.
1982 Elizabeth Ward, Miss Arkansas and Miss America 1982, initially said he forced her to have sex with him after she won the Miss Arkansas crown.
Paula Corbin (Clinton settled with $850k).
Sandra Allen James, Clinton attempted, but she screamed loud enough that the state troopers came to find out what was going on and she immediately fled.
Christy Zurcher flight attendant, incident was caught on Video, but worker told to keep it to her self if she wanted to keep her job.
