2) A big part of her Campaign is all about closing the loopholes and getting that money back. She made the same promises when she was campaigning to be NYC Senator, yet never once made a single bill about it. So proven track record that she won't do shit this time either.

3) He's not really stated that he's going to do that, he just wants that money that the businesses have moved out of the US and is hiding overseas to come back.
