1. Trump is in business to put out a product at the best cost, and make a profit. (like all businesses)
2. If he were to not buy the Chinese steel, he may not be able to produce buildings at a cost that would secure the contract..
3. Maybe he is disgusted at the fact that he has been forced to by Chinese steel in order to remain competitive?
