Whether anyone likes it or not,  believes it or not there are NO laws on the books to prevent the NFL or any organized sport from creating scripts of how games are won or lost. 

It IS an entertainment business so when you buy a ticket or even watch on TV or listen on radio the ONLY thing you're entitled to is to be entertained and that is extremely subjective as to what constitutes entertainment. It's DEFINITELY NOT a democratic process in play at any point.If the league decides team A will always win and team B will always lose your only recourse is to not participate by watching or following the game...end/stop.
Just like buying a ticket to the movies, you're not entitled to decide how the movie is going to end. You don't get to decide whether the hero gets to bang the hot girl or not..
All that said I'm very quickly losing interest in sports in general. It's as if my lifetime fantasy of fairness has had the final bubble popped. In some strange way it feels somewhat liberating to realize that I don't have to let this or any other team's failures disappoint me. If they lose every single game from now till the end of time it's not really any skin off my nose. I don't spend money on them and don't feel any sort of obligation to support them. It's not AS IF I'm in any way responsible for what happens in Paul Brown Stadium. I don't raise them with expectations that they go on to better themselves like i would raising a family.. It's like getting pissed off because Martha left John in some soap opera..
