That's how it works in the NFL.

If the QB you DO like is:

Quiet ---> dude is calm, nerves of steel, doesn't get rattled
Loud ---> dude is a fiery leader, holds players accountable, cares about football


If the QB you DO NOT like is:

Quiet ---> dude has checked out, doesn't care, just in it for a paycheck
Loud ---> dude has no self control, gets too emotional, easily rattled
