Strangely enough, I think he's going to win by a landslide.
He isn't giving up but he's casting doubt on the validity of the election by claiming its rigged to protect his ego when he gets crushed. He sees the writing on the wall and that's why he's trying to save face. He's gonna cause as much discourse and unrest as possible before this is over all to protect his ego.
