Why I Have Trouble Taking BLM Seriously

Statistically, an African American child has a 2 in 3 chance of being in a single parent family. (As of 2014, 66%)
http://datacenter.kidscount.org/data/tables/107-children-in-single-parent-families-by-race#detailed/1/any/false/869,36,868,867,133/10,11,9,12,1,185,13/432,431

And black males are more than twice as likely to be unemployed than white males. (As of 2016)
http://www.bls.gov/web/empsit/cpsee_e16.htm (8.9% vs 4.3%, was 9.7% vs 4.3% in 2015, granted the US Unemployment numbers are always rather iffy.)

Crazy numbers. It does show why Asians are the most successful ethnicity in America, though. Highest number of two parent families (only 17% single parent families in 2014) and lowest amount of unemployment.
