I think part of the issue is we're not playing these guys early either.

Would it be the end of the world if we gave Vigil 15 snaps a game on defense? For YEARS the Bengals haven't played rookies in many situations.

You need to play rookies for them to develop. Guys like Atkins, Dunlap, MJ, Dalton, Green, and Sanu ALL played early.
